The Group’s activities began in 1991 in the automotive industry in the field of importing and marketing BMW and MINI vehicles to Israel. Later, activities in the automotive industry expanded into the field of exclusively importing and marketing the world’s leading tire brands to Israel.
 In 1999, the Group decided as a strategic move to operate in the field of real estate, specializing in four main areas:

• Entrepreneurship
• Income-producing Real Estate
• Urban Renewal
• Purchasing Groups

During 2012, Weiss Group began a process of reorganization and created a comprehensive management, control and reporting system, including:

• A matrix of roles and responsibilities at the division level
• A comprehensive organizational risk management division
• A control system that includes organizations and committees to regularly conduct internal audits on business processes

In July 2012, the Group entered the field of Green Energy – a venture to operate electric buses that run on cables in Europe and Israel. During 2015, the Group won a tender and became the regional distributor for Mif’al HaPayis in the center, with a scope of activity of approximately 700 to 800 million shekels a year.
