Privacy Policy – – Weiss Group
- General
- Weiss Group respect the privacy of their customers, those using the company Website (hereinafter: Company and Website, respectively) and/or those using the information and services we provide (hereinafter, respectively: User and/or Users and Services).
- Terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy are an integral part of the terms of use, and their purpose is to review the way in which the Company uses the information provided to it by Website Users and/or collected by it while the Website is in use.
- The Privacy Policy is written in the male form for convenience, but applies to all genders.
- The Company may change the provisions of the privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technological and/or business and/or legal and/or regulatory changes etc. In this event, the changes shall be updated in this document and published on the Website. Continued use of the Website by Users after changes have been made reflects their consent to the changes, and therefore, the Company suggests Users review the Privacy Policy from time to time.
- All terms and definitions in the Privacy Policy shall be the same as those used in the terms of use, unless the context implies otherwise.
- Registration and Providing Information to the Company
- Some services on the Website require registration and/or sharing personal information. For example, when contacting the Company and/or registering to the mailing list, Users are asked to enter personal information: full name, mobile telephone number, email address. Furthermore, in order to use the services on the Website, Users may be required to share additional personal information with the Company, which is required for the purpose of providing the services, and in accordance with Website fields where information can be entered, such as: ID No., gender, date of birth etc.
- Website Users’ data and details provided and/or collected, as above (hereinafter Information) shall be saved in the Company’s databases. Use of the Information shall be for the purposes of managing and operating the Website, including the information and services offered on it and/or through it, providing Website Users with customer service, direct mailing, sales management, marketing, recruiting customers, analyses, surveys, studies etc., for statistical, marketing and commercial purposes. - It is hereby clarified that Users are not legally obligated to provide Information and that providing Information is dependent on Users’ wish and consent. However, Users are aware that in order to contact the Company and/or join their mailing list on the Website, it is necessary to complete some fields. For example, without details in the requested fields for contact or direct mailing, the Company will not be able to contact Users or mail them.
- Users declare that all the information provided and/or updated on the Website is true, reliable and accurate, and that they completed details for contact and/or registration to the personal area and/or direct mailing in their own name for themselves only and not in the name of and/or for third parties, excluding cases where they were permitted to do so by the third party explicitly.
- Collecting and Using Information
- The Company may collect and use information provided by Users and/or information accumulated about them, including while using the Website, in order to improve, enrich and/or amend the Website, services and contents offered on it, and also in order to update Users and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding services offered by the Company and/or anyone on their behalf and/or by third parties with which the Company has business ties. Users also agree and consent to the Company making use of their information for marketing and statistical purposes, and to provide aggregate statistical information to third parties, including advertisers, subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy. It is clarified this aggregate statistical information shall not identify Users personally.
- Notwithstanding the above, and subject to Users providing the Company with their personal contact details and their consent to receive direct mailing and marketing materials, the Company may send Users, from time to time, by email and/or other means of communication provided by Users, information regarding their services and Company marketing and advertising materials. Users may cancel their consent at any time and stop receiving advertising content or direct mailing by selecting ‘Unsubscribe’, which is available at the bottom of the message.
- Cookies – the Website uses automatic tools to characterize user habits on the site and to improve the browsing experience. These tools collect information about Users and their use of the Website. This information includes, inter alia, Users’ internet provider details, IP address, location of the device when accessing the Website, time and manner of using the Website, browser type and other details regarding the manner of using the Website, consent for the Company to use information, improving user experience, internal auditing etc.
- The Website uses Cookies for its ongoing smooth operation, including collecting statistics about its use, verify details, adjust the site to users’ personal preferences, characterize products suitable for them, advertisements tailored for them, even when browsing other sites, for ease of use of the site and for information security purposes.

- The Company or relevant party at Weiss Group related to the user’s request, for example in projects or joint holding of companies in the Group’s projects, services and assets;
- As part of regulatory requirements relevant to the nature of the service provided by the Company;
- For the purpose of forwarding them to service providers in order to complete actions requested by you and/or when it is required for the purpose of operating the services, such as external clearing companies to make a payment for a service;
- In any event where a user violates the terms of use, including a term of the Privacy Policy and/or in the event a user and/or anyone on his behalf carried out or tried to carry out actions in violation of the terms of use, including of the Privacy Policy and/or the provisions of any law;
- Due to a court order and/or requirement of a competent authority to provide the information;
- Due to any dispute and/or claim and/or requirement and/or suit and/or legal proceedings between the user and/or anyone on his behalf and the Company and/or any third party;
- In any event where the Company believes that provision of the information is necessary to prevent serious damage to the Company and/or other users and/or third parties and/or in order to prevent other serious damage a their sole and exclusive discretion;
- In the event the Company has assigned and/or transferred its activities and/or their rights and obligations towards the user to a third party, provided that such third party accepts the provisions specified in this Privacy Policy and the provisions of any law. It is clarified that the above does not derogate from the Company’s right to forward information that is not personal and which does not identify users by name and/or ID details directly to any third party.
- Data Security
- The Company makes every effort to protect the confidentiality of information and data provided by site users, while taking acceptable precautions and using advanced security technologies. Users are aware that the Company devotes resources and takes strict measures to prevent intrusion into the site and prevent possible invasion of users’ privacy, but it is not able to completely prevent disruptions to the site.
- The Company uses reasonable and acceptable means of protection and encryption in relation to the actions of providing information online in accordance with the law, and takes care to update them regularly, inter alia, to protect the site and its content from intrusions, vulnerabilities or unauthorized eavesdropping. These means of protection are intended for securing the flow of information between users’ computers and Website servers, communication between them and information under the Company’s control, against accidental or intentional exploitation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized and/or uncertified persons and/or parties.
- The Company is regularly updated on technological developments in order to provide their users with the best protection against intrusion and/or hacking, including unauthorized access to their databases. However, the Company clarifies that in cases that are not under their control and/or are caused by a higher power, they cannot ensure the Website will run without interruptions and/or that the Website and/or information and data collected and/or provided as above are completely secure against unauthorized access and/or hacking into Company databases and that Users are aware the Company shall not bear responsibility for any damage and/or loss, direct or indirect, of any kind, caused as result, including an invasion of privacy.

- According to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you, or someone on your behalf, may peruse information about yourself which is in Company databases and even ask the Company to amend this information if it is incorrect, complete or precise. In order to realize this right, send a written request through the Contact Us page on the Website or use one of the other means of communication detailed in clause 6.2 below.
