Weiss Group is one of the strongest development and management groups in Israel.
The Group’s activities began in 1991 in the automotive industry in the field of importing and marketing BMW and MINI vehicles to Israel. Later, activity in the automotive industry expanded into the field of exclusively importing and marketing the world’s leading tire brands to Israel.
The group decided to expand operations into the field of real estate about 20 years ago, and they currently specialize in four main fields:
Organization and management of purchasing groups, income-producing real estate in areas of demand, real estate developments in the center of the country and establishing projects in the field of urban renewal.

The division also specializes in acquisition of conservation properties and acquisition of movable building rights. The division has a diverse portfolio of assets and projects, built on the basis of a long-term strategy, investment in premium assets and conservative risk management.
Most investments are carried out in cooperation with leading, experienced and reputable real estate companies: Sofrin Group, Tidhar, Rogovin, Blue Square Real Estate.
Green Energy
Weiss Group
In July 2012, Weiss Group established the company Chariot Motors, which is engaged in a project in the field of green energy – electric buses using cable technology.
The electric buses are equipped with and powered by electricity provided by rechargeable cables. Electric buses do not cause air pollution, significantly save energy and are more cost-effective than motorized buses equipped with a diesel engine.
. The project has enormous business and economic potential, especially in light of the fact that this field is a top priority in the world and in Israel in particular and even receives government subsidies with considerable budgets.
Tire Imports

The tire division was established in 2002 and includes the groups Raly R.I.W. Traffic, Raly Traffic Accessories and Daka Tires.
The division imports and markets tires and complementary products for two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, light freight, freight, earthworks, industrial tires, agriculture and full tires in Israel.
Weiss Group’s tire division is the only one in the country that imports three premium brands: YOKOHOMA, DUNLOP and NEXEN, of the leaders in the world of tires.
Mif’al HaPayis
Weiss Group
Weiss Group is the official distributor of Mif’al HaPayis in central Israel.
The Group won the tender, which took place in 2015 and began marketing operations in May of that year.
The scope of activity is approximately 700 to 800 million shekels a year.
